DIPLOMA IN INSURANCE (DIPCII)
DURATION: ONE YEAR


Entry requirement:
C Plain or must be 21 years and above

Classes are offered to students who wish to pursue the foreign qualification offered by the Chartered Insurance Institute (London). To complete the Diploma a student is required to attain 120 credits in total. A minimum of 90 credits should be attained at Diploma level or above. The Diploma can also be a milestone on the route to completion of the Advanced Diploma for which 290 credits are required in total.

Mode of Learning and Assessment
Diploma Units that have mixed assessment involve the completion of one coursework assignment and one multiple choice question exam. The assignment requires completion of a number of scenario-based questions and must be completed within the first six months of enrollment. The multiple choice question exams will be held every year in April and October. All diploma units will be assessed using this method by April 2018. Once a student has registered for exams and made payments, a study text and assignment will be provided. Examinations fee is £265 per paper. A shipping fee of £15 is applicable.

ACII – ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN INSURANCE:

DURATION: TWO YEARS

Entry requirement for ACII is either: Degree holder, A Level or have completed DIP CII.

To acquire The ACII one is required to attain 290 credits. 150 credits should be attained at the Advanced Diploma Level and 140 at the Diploma Level.

Mode of Learning and Assessment
Advanced Papers (ACII) will be assessed through coursework assessment only. The student will be required to pass three (3) written assignments including any resubmissions, during the 12 month enrolment period. This will include provision of a study text at a cost of £415. A shipping fee of £15 is applicable.
